Stephanie Fields is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic medical provider known for delivering refined, natural results rooted in advanced medical expertise. As the founder of Hometown Health & Wellness, she combines science, artistry, and precision to help patients look refreshed, feel confident, and optimize their overall wellness.

With advanced training in aesthetic injectables, neurotoxins, laser technologies, women’s health, and hormone replacement therapy, Stephanie takes a comprehensive approach to beauty and vitality. Her philosophy centers on subtle enhancement, hormonal balance, and metabolic optimization—addressing not only how patients look, but more importantly how they feel from the inside out.

Her medical career began in the Emergency Department at the University of Kentucky while completing her nursing degree at Eastern Kentucky University. After graduation, she continued in emergency medicine before joining the PHI Aeromedical team, where she developed advanced clinical judgment and composure in high-acuity environments.

Stephanie also devoted over two decades to military service, retiring in July 2025 after a distinguished career marked by leadership, discipline, and a deep commitment to excellence in patient care.

Today, she is honored to serve her hometown community alongside her daughter and a carefully selected team of professionals who share her vision for elevated, personalized care.
